This Cartoon was drawn by Steve Pike, after he had an experience with meeting the rules and regulations of a Health and Safety process at one of his jobs.

Even though allot of us can laugh at this, we all have had an experience in a very similar situation, either with councils or government departments. Sometimes many of us get frustrated, but the worst thing we can do is give up and throw in the towel.
